Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CM Publicidade ("we") handles your personal data through the website cmpublicidade.pt, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller

CM Publicidade, based at Beco da Mónica, 8125-583 Quarteira, Portugal. Data protection contact: cm@cmpublicidade.pt.

Data we process

  • Contact form: name, email, optional phone number and message — only what you provide.
  • Cookie consent: your banner choices, with timestamp, policy version and a random identifier. The IP address is stored only as a hash, never in clear text.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Answering your information or quote requests (contractual necessity / pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • Anonymous site usage measurement with Google Analytics, only if you authorise it (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention

  • Contact messages: 24 months, unless you request erasure earlier;
  • Consent records: 12 months after the last interaction, as proof of consent.

Recipients

We do not sell or share your data. We only use providers required to operate the site: hosting and, with your consent, Google Analytics. Data is never transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection at any time, free of charge, by emailing cm@cmpublicidade.pt. We reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD (https://www.cnpd.pt).

Cookie usage is described in detail in the Cookie Policy. No non-essential cookie is set without your consent.

Changes

We may update this policy; the version in force is recorded with your consent and the revision date is kept in the page history.
